Agropesca S.A. carries out all its production processes under the HACCP quality norm, ensuring our clients and final consumers quality standards that determine safety of the end product. We are periodically subject to audits of our production processes from the European Community, through the Chile and US Fish Service, through periodical audits of the FDA and because of constant visits of our clients. We also produce under Kosher OU certification.

The importance of craftsmanship, the patience to wait for the adequate maturation, the quality of our raw material; at the tranquillity of our 10,000 square metre facilities we achieve anchovy fillets with the aroma and taste so well-known by our clients, the majority with us from the beginning.
